On 6/12/14, I completed online surey for "Free Trial" of garcinia cambogia.  Only payment listed listed was $4.95 S/H (shipping/handling).  Received product 2 days later.  Great.  2 weeks (or so) later, noticed charge of $99.99 on credit card.  Fantastic...now I have to fight!

Call # 1 to CLS (6/20/14); First thing out of C/S Rep's (Megan) mouth was "Oh, did you read the fine print?" My response, "Obviously not, so why dont you just tell me what it says". (BULLCRAP: there was no "fine print" on offer page; however, when I visited the proper company wensite (which she directed me to), the "disclaimer" to call back w/in 2 weeks to cancel was there.  Of course it was....but why was it not on the OFFER page???

Requested a refund; Megan advised of RMA # to send back and said to check email inbox for full instructions.  I asked her about refund method and timing. She replied it would be to credit card used to purchase, processed immed once returned product recevied, to hit my car approx 3 biz days later.  I thanked her.  Mailed product back on 6/23/14 ($4.50 self-paid postage)

Call #2 to CLS (7/7/14: spoke to C/S rep Jeff: asked for status of refund.  He confirmed returned product received by CLS on 6/25.  He then stated a paper check would be in the mail, which is not what I was told on 6/20.  Asked to speak to Mgr; spoke with "Ashley" who stated refund could be via paper check OR electronic refund to card. (NOT what Megan told me on 6/20) Jeff further stated that refund could take up to 30 days (up until 7/25/14).  I asked how would I know method of refund.  Ashley said that i'd have to call back at a later date.   

Call #3 to CLS (7/14/14): spoke with Megan again. Asked for status of refund.  She immediately put me on hold; came back 5 mins later stating that her Mgy just authorized electronic credit.  I told her that my acct was closed.  She basically said OH WELL, it'll be there when you open the act back up, or get a new card.  I asked for her Mgr.  Spoke to Mgr. Michelle, and told her that I had no intentions to open that acct back up.  HOW AM I GOING TO GET MY MONEY???  She basically said that I'd have to wait until the bank mailed me a check.  I sand NO.  What recourse do I have to tell my bank to send me a check??  She said give them commpany name and say "They're sending me a refund".  I said: "Well then I might as well tell them that ED McMAHON is also sending me a check from PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE!!"  Told Michelle I needed something in writing stating same.  She said she could give me some "merchant statement", and to call her back for it.  I said, Oh, so now I hav to chase you for a piece of paper, so that I can can turn around and chase my BANK for money that you should have refinded to me directly??  OR at least TOLD me that you were going to issue a refund so I could share with you that the account was closed???  Blah Blah Blah.

Long story short, Mgr Michelle shared with me that company is financially bereft, and that there is no money in their bank accounts to issue me a paper check and that a reversal-of-funds type of refund is the only way to get my $74.97 back ($99.99 for product - $25 re-stocking fee...as if they're going to re-stock 6 pills).  I basically had to wait until 16 more people fell for this scam and paid their $4.95 shipping fee before I canget my refund. 

Ain't that some bullsh*t???????  I swear I can't believe I fell for this crap.... BUYER BEWARE!!!!
