Completelocksmith.com VERY MISLEADING about PRICING and FEES! Littleton Nationwide
I called this service to unlock my door of my car...I was locked out and the vehicle was running and ask about the fees. I gave them my make and model of a car...1988 Ford Bronco! They told me the trip fee was $39.00 and the service fee would be around $19.00 depending on type of vehicle and I ask about my make and model. Easy to get into...nothing fancey at all. He said usually 20-30 dollars for the service...leading me to believe that I would pay somewhere around $60-70 bucks for the service. The guy spent 3 minutes...I timed him...unlocking my vehicle and they gave me my invoice of $145!!!! That is right...one hundred and forty five dollars...not $39 for the trip...that was 40 and $105 for the unlocking of my car....LIARS! I was floored! Also, they said they would be here in 25 minute...hour and a half later and $145 out of pocket.... I am a AAA member and would have just waited if I knew it was going to cost that much! That would have been FREE...but with the cold they could not get to it for hours...so I thought ..$60-70 dollars and 25 minutes to just get it over would have been FAIR, but they lied and mislead me to beleive that...then handed me a bill for $145...NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL MISLEAD YOU RIGHT INTO THE BANK!
