CompressionSale.com Unauthorized use of credit card/bad customer service Vernon Hills Illinois
I made a return/exchange which took about a dozen emails to complete, after which I was informed that they changed my credit card for additional funds without authorization.
In one sentence they told me they do not keep credit card information and in another that an exchange gave them the right to use the credit card information they had. Then we received the replacement items today in the wrong sizes.
As I am writing this I am live chatting with the company who now is informing me they cannot locate any information beyond the original purchase. Worst customer service.
