And if you were in fact a legitimate business the BBB would not be saying the following about you.

Out of Business. According to information in the BBB files, it appears that the company is no longer in business. The phone numbers the BBB had for this company are disconnected, and directory assistance does not have a listing for this company. The BBB's mail to this company has been returned as undeliverable. If you have an unresolved dispute with this company you may wish to seek legal advice.
This was posted by the BBB on 2/22/2010 year so why are you still here trying to prove you are a real business when even the BBB says you are not. Your website is amateur at best over half the links don't even work. Let me say this so it sinks in Retailoperations person NONE OF US BELIEVE YOU - ABSOLUTELY NONE OF US.

And if you read it correctly, anyone that disputes the collections letter the creditor has to supply a valid proof of the debt being owed. If there is no valid proof of debt owed, then it cannot be placed on anyone's credit report.
If he was sent to collections then he did something that was a breach of contract. State his name and we'll IMMEDIATELY respond back with the facts!

If they placed something on your credit burea file you need to dispute it under the FCRA provisions of the FDCPA. What they did was illegal and they are a scam. Don't let them get away with it.
