This customer Donzel Curry is a thief . He called us for service , on a recorded line , we gave him our price and scheduled an onsite appointment with him after he agreed to our price on a recorded call. In the phone call he verbally gave us permission to charge his card for the amount of time our service would take.
On this recorded phone call he read us the card numbers, to the same card in question and gave us permission to charge this card in question for the amount of time the repair would take. We have this phone call recording with Mr Curry , and can provide it as proof . We always have a senior tech who works side by side with an onsite tech who is at a customers house .
This is to make sure the onsite tech is doing what he is suppose to do , and not trying to get over on us or customer in any way. The onsite tech in question was a newly hired tech by the name of Larry Williams, he is the other thief. We had recently hired him off of our zip recruiter account , after his successfully completing an over the phone interview with our HR department.
We first had no idea this tech would turn out this bad and dishonest. After our first having explained the scope of work to him , onsite tech Larry Williams arrives onsite. In the first 15 minutes it becomes clear there is something amidst. Tech Larry calls us to say he can’t do anything for customer. We know at this point this tech is lying.
We had first had our senior tech Phil Dressner talking to customer over the phone and prepping the work getting things ready for when tech Larry arrived ,...so we were well aware of the computer problem at hand and we were well aware that this was something that could be fixed.
What ends up happening is our senior tech Phil Dressner ends up taking over the repair over the phone and remotely while the onsite tech Larry Williams is onsite to follow Phil’s directions and push the buttons on the computer Phil needs pushed. In this form and fashion Phil successfully completes the assignment after 6 hard hours of work.
Our senior tech Phil Dressner has written and signed an affidavit attesting to the 6 hours of work done for this customer Mr Curry , and will also attest to the fact that what is going on here is this dishonest thief of a customer Mr Curry , and this dishonest thief of a tech Larry Williams , cut a deal with one another behind our back .
They did this so the lying thieving Mr Curry could get from under paying this bill. We saw this to be the case when the work was done , so we called the Mesquite Police department and requested that an officer arrive onsite to investigate a theft of services in progress. Officer McSpedden arrived on site .
He was then given a false narrative by these 2 thieves , customer Mr Curry and tech Mr Williams. At this point these 2 men were in agreement with one another to rob us the company who with our hard earned marketing dollars made the meeting of these 2 thieves possible , and who with our A+ certified senior tech Phil Dressner , made the fixing of this thieves computer possible.
Where the lying tech Larry Williams first arrived and said he can’t do anything , our senior tech Phil Dressner proved him wrong and got the work done. We normally have a company invoice signed by customer to show when a chargeback takes place , but in this case the tech Larry Williams has refused to give us the customer signed invoice showing his time of arrival and departure because as I stated before , he and customer Curry are in agreement with one another to rob us the company of our hard earned money. Instead we ask that you listen to the phone call recording that has customer agreeing to service , price and particular card to be charged.
THEY HAVE STOLEN 6 HOURS OF WORK FROM US, THEFT OF SERVICES! THEFT OF CUSTOMER!
We ask that you read the signed affidavit from our senior tech Phil Dressner , also included. And we ask that you contact the mesquite police department and ask them about this incident that we called them for :
