Computer System Approach CSA Scam Computer Service and Repair Company Anaheim California
CSA is a complete scam. We had purchased software from them a while ago and upgraded to Windows 10. The software no longer worked so we called and explained the problem. They claimed that they could fix it and charged us over the phone. When that occurred the owner wasn't able to figure out a solution other than to essentially buy a computer that had Windows XP on it.
He didn't have a solution to make his program work and then refused to credit us back the money that we spent. Had he just told me that it wouldn't work with Windows 10 we would have moved on but he wanted to exploit our need for his own profit. I'd highly recommend that you go elsewhere for any of your computer needs.
