It is clear by the name that you are either an immagrant, or from the back woods. I don't need your congratulations. LOL, this site is merely entertaining to me now. Five years later and a nice NASDAQ portfolio later, Onforce can put their face where the sun don't shine. Of course, management has changed at Onforce, so who knows, things may be better now. But I can tell you one thing, the fact that you found this post 5 years later indicates that not only your name sucks, but you are either under employed or unemployed. Get a life d***. And yes, you are a washed up employee with a tiny 401k or 401nay LOL. I on the other hand am an employer, and just got a 2014 S550 AMG. It would take you 20 years to save for that pocket change "Joe The Duck".

I have to congratulate the original poster: that has to be the most long-winded pack of lies I have ever read.
He wants you to believe he is a rich, powerful ubertech who is gifting us underlings by looking down his nose at us while he pontificates, all to our benefit. But let's be honest: do you believe this nut's portrayal of himself? Or does he come off as a creepy, shady lunatic whose head is just abuzzin' with conspiricy theories and delusions of grandeur?
And c'mon, do you really (trying not to laugh here) believe that this guy is the "engineer" we wish we could hire; or that he would walk away from 65k/year just because he was asked to prove that he really is who he says he is?
Prediction: Mr. Ubertech, if he bothers to slither out from under his log and actually respond to this rebuttal, will announce that I, too am a member of this grand unified conspiracy of PR companies hired to protect Onforce. But be kind and remember, the paranoid and those of unsound mind truly believe their delusions, so the irony is that in some respect this guy is telling the truth.
But he's still a nutcase. And how!

After so many years of dealing with companies like yours who have the money to influence (PR) firms and media, it still does not change the baseline ethics of a company. Your firm still sucks no matter how you put it. And the bottom line is, if your company is so just and great, why do you have more than one complaint? Apparently I am not the only one who thinks your firm has business ethic issues, or else, this would be the only post you and anyone else would find. Stop paying money to clean up the truth. The truth is, OnForce in whole may have great ideas and a great business plan, but some of the people who work for ONFORCE are stupid stupid people with an incredible sense of arrogance and moron like tendencies. I look at every post sent to this web site, and low and behold some jerk has a way to slander the person who has the right to freedom of speech and how they feel. OnForce, whether or not you pay the individuals who reply or not, it does not matter, but just like Prisim Pointe Technologies, another company who has made too many mistakes, you will suffer too, if you do not change your morals and ethics. Sincerely, An Engineer you wish you could hire.

So I figured I would post this on the last day of a work week. Does that theoretically prove that I am not a PR guy? I guess using your reasoning it does, or do posts on Wednesday prove otherwise? Let me know. I also didn't have to sift through hundreds of these, I only see 10, you were close, this time you are only 90% wrong. Nice improvement. I was calling you out on education pertaining to proper unions advising against your proposed "alliance." I was not asking about your certs. Please respond only to direct quotes and not your interpretation of them. You can buy and sell me? Really? I guess you can if I am to believe you are bringing in over 1 mil a year. Unfortunately I don't believe you, sorry probably stems from your 90% unsubstantiated crap rate. In response to you talk to me when you are worth something comment. I am not sure what that means. I do know that this is coming from someone who gets kicked off of platforms for shady business dealings. At least I can take with me the knowledge that I have more value that that. In closing no I am not a PR guy, yes I am a tech, yes I feel OnForce is beneficial, and no I still don't feel that within the parameters of a work agreement with OnForce that it infringes in any way on federal labor laws. Anyhow good luck with you millions! Use it to pay off some towing fees.

Are you really a tech or do you work for Onforce PR firm? -------------------------- Amazing, you actually consider that as an employee for Onforce, you could write that piece of art and make believers out of someone. As if I am to believe that as an Onforce Service Pro you received a work order by Onforce to look through hundreds of complaints and find THIS ONE, and was instructed to make a positive rebuttal about it? And you are calling me a liar? The mere fact that your reply occurred exactly the first day of the new business week theoretically proves that you are an employee for Onforce, possibly working in the PR department. Address to your personal attack ------------------------------------ Let me make something clear to you sir, you called out my education and I quote, "If I am educated?" I have more current certifications and degrees in technology than you will ever have in your entire lifespan. I know more than you will desire to learn in a life time when it comes to technology. I design technology, I program technology, I believe in technology, I am technology. And like many other unfortunate QUALITY engineers that have been defrauded by the "Onforce Cartel" what you said clearly represents what you are. Dear Sir, I can buy and sell your kind. Yes, I made 65K from Onforce, but that was merely a sixteenth of my alternate income. You are suffering from an extreme case of hypnosis. There is nothing your empty ignorant words can prove different than what is being stated on this blog. Onforce is a horrible example of an un-managed grey area in the Federal work laws, and quickly becoming a true engineer's worst nightmare. No/Call No/Show ---------------- Conveniently out of three-hundred 6 star completed work orders, I just decided to no call no show on this call. Judgment call here that really makes no sense. Validating Identity ------------------- Dear Sir, as for your slick comment about proving my identity Talk when you are worth something, because right now as it stands, you obviously have nothing that anyone wants. I don't know anything about Onforce? ------------------------------------ What is there to know, as it is shone, everyone is quickly learning about [your] their bad habits. You, quality tech? ------------------ As an OnForce Tech I would like to express my gratitude to OnForce for keeping the integrity of the platform sound. Mass. Let me tell you something mister, when you experience life [Onforce] and find that it is not fair, you will eat those words. Someone, somewhere is waiting to make your day. In the mean time, just sit back and relax under that umbrella of yours, because techs like you need it, you can't make it on your own. Sincerely, The Professional

Well it sounds to me that OnForce did the responsible thing for initially flagging you for a no call no show. You were a no call no show as you stated in your longwinded excuse for it. People who spend so much time explaining why they cant complete jobs they are contracted to do are normally lying. Beyond that it doesn't matter what the reason is you didn't show, or call! It is your responsibility to do so despite your long winded excuse. Secondly, if you are earning 65K through OnForce and have been happily working away why are you so afraid to give them proof of identity? What the heck do you think is going to happen? Come on man, get it together, to me it sounds that OnForce is on to you and that you probably are the guy they suspect you are. Other than that are we really expected to believe that you are willing to throw 65K out the window because you suddenly don't trust them enough to give a license or a social security number? Who wants to steal your ID and pay for the parking tickets? No one at OnForce would do something that dumb, they are a reputable business. I am hoping the folks that read this can plainly see that you are lying! If I were making 65K a year and they wanted to prove my ID I would surely do so. OnForce has caught you in a lie and now you are backing away, full of excuses and no creditability. Good luck with that. Also you don't seem to be an expert on State or Federal laws. In fact you prove you don't even know what you are talking about when it comes to OnForce. OnForce is not an employer! You don't work for them, you never did. They are a platform that provides work opportunities to quality techs. If you are not a quality, honest tech you will be suspended from that platform. That way the Techs like me with a great track record of quality work and honesty don't have to be affiliated with those shady techs that would bring a bad name to the platform. So good luck with your alliance, by the way there are proper Unions you could join. If you are as experienced and educated as you claim I am surprised that you not only didn't know that but are currently not a member of any. Or did they tow your truck away on that day also? As an OnForce Tech I would like to express my gratitude to OnForce for keeping the integrity of the platform sound.
