BEWARE: Someone purporting to be CON ED/NCO JACKSON, MI made a fraudulant $306.00 charge to my ATM/Bank card without my knowledge. Somehow they obtained my bank card information and tried to sneak a large withdrawl through. I have no idea who these people are or what this payment was supposed to be for. BEWARE
