ConaumerAdvocateServices C.A.S.E. Refunds Took $4500, did nothing, will not give it back Long Beach California
Contacted me by phone: "Have you ever had investment money stolen? We can get it back for you" Talked me into sending them $4500 to be held in an escrow account (July 22, 2014, and I have appropriate proof). After two weeks I found other options and asked them to return my funds. They admitted to having my funds but said they would call when my check was mailed. Never happened. Placed many call and spoke with Atty Daiel Weinstein, William Harris, Mathew Kanoe Ingrid, Amanda, Rachel and Tammie. Story was always the same "We are here to help and I will have someone call you right back."

After many phone calls, letters and requests over 6 months Consumer Advocate Services Enterprises returned $59.98 of my $4500.00. 1.3% of the money they were holding "like an escrow account". They did nothing other than answer my phone calls and took $4450 to answer those calls. I have continued to get calls from their company sales people and it is becoming obvious that the structure of CASE is such that the sales people have no idea of the blatant theft that their company is responsible for. I challenged one of their sales people to call the people they enlisted as customers in the past to see if their issues have been solved. "We are not permitted to talk to the customers once we have received their initial payment."
The unfortunate thing is that they are skirting the law like the Internet thieves based in Eastern Europe. The law can't touch them. The Attorney General of California seems to have no interest in minor crimes that won’t create positive headlines for her political future. I would be very tempted by vigilante justice but they are on the other side of the country and have already taken too much of my money. How bad are they? Well, they are clearly weakening my trust in the American legal system and government. Vote for a Republican or a Democrat? Why bother? They only work for the rich crooks. Be proud of your America? Why? Secret courts, secret jails, listening to your phone calls, reading your Emails. Do you really think your government is doing a good job? Maybe there is more to ISIS than the media is permitted to say.
