concealedonline.com I think it is a ripoff. I registered for my wife to get the license and when we got the certificate it had my name on it. Also,it does not tell you that this is a Virginia license until after you have paid !!! I contacted them to get a refund and was told they had a no return policy ( of course ) The application fee in Texas is 40.00. It is 100.00 in Virginia. What a ripoff !! Never again.
