Concrete & Decorative Concrete David Ringo Avalos, aka David Torres, aka David Tores, aka David Ringo Scammer Served Time for Scamming elderly people San Antonio Texas
Mr. Avalos (Torres) came to my home to make a proposal to build a glass sunroom as he had a friend in the business. He never did this kiind of work before, only concrete work. I trusted him. He asked for $2500 as a deposit, which I gave him and he immediately deposited via his cell phone. As conversations ensued, I realized he did not know anything important about the job except what his friend told him. His friend never showed up and I decided this deal looked fishy. After he argued with me about his being insured/bonded as he said he never did that before. I decided to tell him we should go our separate ways. He refused to give me my $2500 back. I offered to pay him for his gas usage to come up here to Georgetown from SA. He has cut me off from any further communication. I found out he served two years in prison for ripping off elderly people, and now I'm one of them.
