Just got scammed for $135 playing the PowerbaLL in Janujary 2016. Before I knew it, Conga Lotto hit me again for another round for $125 charging the credit card on my file without my explicit permission. I went on their Live Chat to complain about the “recurring automatic charge,” and gave me a message there are other 13 people at the moment on qeue so it asked me for my e-mail address and message to them and that they’ll reply thru it.  Never got one after 2 days. Decided to cancel my credit card and report and dispute the fraud charges. Oh, BTW ~ their physical office address is written very teeny tiny at the bottom which says “Cyprus.”

I didn’t even realize I got automatically signed up with their “subscription” meaning automatically charging your credit card each drawing till there is a lottery winner!
