Conner Anderson & Stephanie Lozano Anderson were trying to fix there roof DIY project and unfortunately a storm came I'm and poured rained throughout there entire home. Conner contacted me from a Craigslist ad for waste extraction. When I arrived it was more than just a water extraction that was necessary it was a entire gut of the house needing to be completed. Conner signs a document with our original quote and agreed to solely be responsible for payment of this contract. He then realizes his insurance company is going to cover it so he asked us if we would be willing to work with his insurance. The original quote was $23500 they then started requesting that we cover the electrician check up that's required during a water loss and then asked us to cover there moving cost which was there responsibility. We covered $800 in electrician and $1200 in moving cost because they told us to just add it to the bill which we did. We finished the job within the time we said we would finish we did anything and everything Stephanie and Conner asked us to do because there HOA was very strict we tried to help them out by taking care of anything to keep them in the clear. We worked day and night cleaning this place and getting it ready for a rebuild. By now the jobs complete and the bill its up to $32,500 and its been 45 days and the insurance company had decided not to pay us the full amount they have agreed to pay us $23,000 so the homeowner who signed the original agreement Conner and Stephanie Anderson have now been explained that they are responsible for the remaining balance. We have sent them 45 emails with the invoice attached it has been over 90 days 25 of those emails were opened and they have chosen to give zero response to them. They are trying to stand behind there insurance company I would be careful of these two they will try to drag you for every cent you have. They know how to rip people off and they will disappear and not return calls.
