I am a private investigator. I was hired by an investor of the company who became concerned after reading these posts.

I can only confirm that the statements in this post are untrue and the allegations are false. Only it seems that the individuals involved in writing this information hide their identity to avoid prosecution for libel and slander.

Having stolen Millions over the last 15 years with some of their companies including; XS Network, Inc, HARDCORE EXTREME SPORTS, Airspectrum, Inc. CUSTOM ENGINEERED PRODUCTS, INTERNATIONAL GROUP, 360-C, LLC., UBIQUITY HOLDINGS,INVISION INVESTMENTS, INVISION COLUMBUS, INVISION HOLDINGS, LIFEPRINT, AERO FALCOLN,  Connie and Chris have a new DBA UBIQUITY CROADCASTING.Located at the 5 FWY and Lake Forest in Irvine, California.  They have big building there with a large sign on it with nothing on inside at all.  The painting contractor who just finished painting the building over a 2 month period confirmed these eyewitness account.  No stranger to fraud and crime Connie Jordan-Carmichael is a convicted felon for fraud.  She also comitted fraud in her 2000 bankruptcy and when she confessed to this under oath in her deposition she said, " HER ATTORNEY MADE A TYPO "

Chris and Connie have been sued for investor fraud over 100 times in South Orange County, California where they are well known as the king and queen of FRAUD.   Their favorite targets over the last 10 years
has been PENTACOSTAL CHRISTIAN CHURCH MEMBERS like Denny and Betty Hayhurst of Sacramento, California.  The unscholled investors trusted Chris and Connie as they met them through their pastor at their church.   Connie gave them a bible and said UBIQUITY is GOD's company.  Connie and Chris are Jews even though the pass themselves off as Christians.  They also say if charged again they will go to Isreal with Jonathan Scott Cohen with Scott Rothstein where they have no extridation of Jews back to the U.S. for fraud.

There ia a $500,000 reward leading to the arrest and conviction of the following UBIQUITY BROADCASTING partners: Connie Jordan, Jonathan Scott Cohen, Harvey Modlin, Matt Holstrom, Chris Carmichael, Kevin M. Brown, Carfolo Dollar, Andrew Duff Weise, ESQ., Ronald Moore and Jimmy Ha.

Ron Moore is on a crime spree now that his partner Jonathan Scott Cohen is in Prison for Drug dealing and medcare fraud.  The Moore/Weiss, Esq. TEAM have been laughing it up with fellow gang members Jimmy Ha and Evan Lewandowski and Danny St. James how they pulled off a fraudlent settlement on Judge Monroe's court in Santa Ana, California. Their Attorney Andrew ( the wezill ) Weiss put together the scam where by they extorted the signature of former Aero Logistics, Inc. CEO Joe Persaud.  Joe's  current boss Bugsey Berstien Forced his new employee Joe to sign a settlement  on behalf of AERO LOGISTICS, INC. 6 weeks after Joe resigned his position and had no authority to do so. Convicted felons Alex Gonzalez ( Berstein's new partner has been proven to have sold defective aircraft parts to the US Military , says Department of Defence contractor Shela Perdy) Henry Mcflicker and Ron Moore all known criminals.  These felons have made a true laughing stock out of Judge Monroe's Court, Orange County Superior Court, California. Not since the pardon of Pollard and Peral has such there been such disrepect been shown for the UNITED STATES LEGAL SYSTEM.

PURJURY?  PRESTWOOD NEVER ARRESTED FOR ANYTHING EVER...NOT EVEN A DUI OR JAYWALKING.

Found Guilty Of Perjury in a California civil case, Mr. Prestwood is simply seeking revenge in these phony articles against witnesses and Mr. Cohen for the loss of his home to Jon Cohen after Mr. Cohen successfully prosecuted a civil case against him. The people named by Prestwood in this report have no relationship to one another and the criminal allegations are completely false. In fact Judge Gray wrote a letter to the Department of Justice recommending that Mr. Prestwood be indicted for his abuse of the judicial system.

This is a typical action by Prestwood who has been involved in over 40 civil cases in California as a Defendent as well as at least as many in Florida. Mr. Prestwood routinely terrorizesboth plaintiffs and witnesses in his civil and criminal cases in effort to control their testimony or cause them to drop their case. Mr. Prestwood has been the subject of several criminal investigations by the Department of Defense, FBI, Huntington Beach Police Department, in both Huntington Beach, California and in a fradualent Bankruptcy proceeding in Miami, Florida where he was ordered to pay over 1.7 million dollars to the court. Currently a resident of Florida, anyone doing business with Robert Milton Prestwood or his shell companies should be strongly cautioned.
