Conns Appliance scam Beaumont Tx Nationwide
On 07/13/2016 .I went to the Conn Store in Conroe Tx to get air conditioner on credit. Well when I get home come to find out its to big for my windows. So on 07/14/2016.i go back to Conns in Conroe to exchange for a smaller one.They would not exchange so I left the air conditioner at the Conn Conroe store along with the receipt .I even called the main office in Beaumont still giving me the running arounds.They are basically telling me Im stuck with it.I don't think so with it being to big. This company is doing me so wrong that there in violation of state laws.All I want for it not to show up on my credit with account. I Need help.
