And I had already explained to them that during this pandemic Im not able to work nor has my husband found work, but they keep hassling us both. My husband also has account with them for furnitures. But the furniture are not study and fell apart soon after purchasing but the Conn's Insurance Protection isn't going to cover at this time.
Anyway they keep calling from Massachusetts & kansas area code numbers. And I keep telling them our situation. No job no money. To please work with me. But they are not standing down. What can we do?

One common standard on this site when someone uses the phrase "They won't work with us", they really mean "They won't do what WE want".
So how do you want them to "Work with you" and when you asked them what was their response?
