I have never been so displeased with aproduct or it's service as I have with this issue. I suppositely purchased a brand new Hewlett Packard w2007 computer, but that couldn't be furture from the truth.

I ask after only using the computer for a week & a half for it to be replaced because the hard drive keep crashing and dumping my files. They refused to replace it and said it had to go to their Service Department.

They took it to their Service Department and the Hard Drive was bad and they still refused to give me a new unit, because they said HP would not replace the unit.

They claim they had to order a new Hard Drive to put in that unit, becuase HP would not take it back, which I find very hard to believe if this was a new HP computer. Is HP that hard up!! that now they will not stand by their products if they are new. Guess who's next in line on my Rip Off reports!

I was treated very rudely by the Manager Adam at this store, and I have never experienced such poor Customer Service, especially since I had to listen to how "young girls find him so attractive" when i was making my purchase. It sure wasn't the personality or anything else visible for that reaction. Conn's must pay a very good salary.

I am a disabled person that has to work form home. This has been an extreme disruption in my ability to provide the services my business had built it's reputation on.

I am still waiting for them to replace the hard drive in the unit and return it to me. They are now using Hurricane Ike as an excuse, and the sun is shining outside, but they are short handed because of the storm. Yeah right!
