I have contacted GreenTree about an amortization scale on my loan, it will show me the amount of my payment the amount of interest and the amount of principle. If it works out right you pay your payment and add the principle for the next payment and it takes one payment off the end of your loan.

YOU CAN PAY GREENTREE ON TIME BEFORE TIME OR DOUBLE TIME AND IT WILL BE THE SAME. THOSE THIEVES WILL CUT YOUR NECK AND DRAIN YOU DRY REGARDLESS. UNLIKE MOST OF THE ONE I HAVE READ, I ONLY SIGNED FOR THE MOBILE HOME FOR MY SISTER IN LAW WHO DIED SIX MONTHS LATER. I PAY THEM ON TIME BUT THEY HAVE TACKED INSURANCES ON ME, ADD $2900 TO THE BILL UP FRONT AND HAVE NOT APPLIED ANYTHING TO THE PRINCIPLE. I AM SO SICK OF THEM I AM GOING TO STOP DONATING MY $457.38 A MONTH, I THINK 6 YEARS AND IT IS GOING UP INSTEAD OF DOWN IS ENOUGH.

Look at the contract you signed. It must be a simple interest loan. Pay it on time and you will pay off your loan on time. Pay it early and you will pay it off early. Pay it late and you will probably never pay it off. If you can't afford the home sell it to somebody who can.

I had greentree send me an amortization schedule and with a copy of all my payments and how they were used. We have had a loan with them for 5 years we have paid them over 17000 dollars and only 79 dollars has been paid off of our loan everything else has went to interest. According to them when we pay our last payment on our 30 year loan it is in the amount of 26000 dollars. Our loan was only for 31577 dollars.
