Consolidated Media Services is a ripoff; tell you they will bill after you request cancellation & hang-up. Atlanta, Georgia
This company called up and took my order. then called me repeatedly to try to get me to order again because they said there computer had messed up and booted me out of their system.
Then they told me they were not trying to sell me anything else, but give me a 'free' bonus, that only cost $3.95 a week. The man i spoke to was giggly and sputtering, so he gave me to his supervisor, brian, who tried to re-sell me the same offer i had just declined.
This man would not accept no for an answer and asked for my credit card number again, and i told him no and to cancel any business agreement i may have had with his company. He said he could just charge my checking account number, and i told him no.
He noticed earlier that i had told another representative in a survey that i used a visa card, but he failed to notice i had not given him the number to bill. i told him i did not want any more magazines, and he began to speak very condescendingly and rudely. He told me he would just bill the visa. i told him again to cancel any business i may have had with this company, and he replied that he would bill my visa anyway and get the statement sent and then promptly hung up.
