Send the following e-mail to the president of the company ([email protected]): Dear Mr.Hurst, I have the following problem.... According the BBB you are always ready to help. "The Better Business Bureau has obtained an agreement from the company that it will make a full refund to any consumer who registers a justified complaint with the Better Business Bureau even if it is after the expiration of the consumer's right to cancel. The company has also stated that customers can call and speak to Clay Hurst in their office at 1-800-527-4392 or e-mail him at [email protected] for resolution before filing a complaint with our office."
