constellation Electric company switch without notice or without permission Houston, Texas
My dad was switch. He was told that he would save money. It sounded as if this was a special program through Pepco. At no time was he told that this was a different company besides Pepco. I was there with my dad at all time. I heard the conversation as my dad is hard of hearing and the phone is extremely loud as far as the voice.
