I received a letter from Pat Haines (person's name like that) stating I had won $525,439. They want $21.95 to process and handle. He is a cheater. I went online to search and found this excellent site. I only found the complaint under Prize Distribution Center. Don't trust them. But I really want to know how they can know my family's information. Does nobody punish them? Why are they free in U.S.A?
