I had a Alternator go out. It was covered under my warranty. I went threw all the hoops and was denied because of failure to comply with the Manufacturer Maintenence program. I have owned the Truck for 1 year. Had the oil changed and the fuel filter changed. My Mechanic ask what specifically was the reason for the denial. NO RESPONSE.
