It happened last year 8/25/2003 I signed up for a free cedit report. I was unable to check the report. I then called to have my membership cancelled. I got the run around. I faxed what I was told to fax and it was never cancelled.

I called and spoke with several different people, one said okay it was cancelled another said it couldn't be cancelled. I did it for a friend but I used my credit card. Since I was the card holder I had the right to cancel. I called to cancel before the 14 days they give you. Bottom line it was never cancelled. I was charged $79.95 2003.

9/01/04 I check my account and see again they cahrged me for another $79.95 for reports I was never able to see. I called and spoke with someone by the name of Dave. He told me he cancelled the membership beacuse I was the card holder and my card would be credited back for 79.95 I mentioned what happened last year but of course there was nothing they could do.

I would like to get back what the took from me August of 2003 and what was taken Sept 2004. It is crazy. I hope that company goes down. What they did to me and other people just isn't right and they should pay for what they have done.
