Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I received a phone call today after CPS had contacted my fiance' (his name is the only one on the loan) and Rina left a message on my cell phone that she better receive a phone call back or they would be picking up the truck.

I called her back and she already had the attitude going. She began to tell me that I authorized them to take a payment out of my account and that the check bounced. I explained to her that I had called them last week and told them that the account had been closed. She said, "Well, your account doesn't show anyone called last week". I told her we had no reason to lie and we were told as long as we sent them a money gram western union by 5PM on Friday, they wouldn't send the check through.

On Friday morning, I pulled up my account that had just been closed, and CPS has tried to send that payment through on Thursday, after we told them we would send them the moneygram. Obviously, we didn't send the money gram because at this point it looked as though we owed the bank the truck payment.

I told her that I had Multiple Sclerosis and my medicine was $1800 a month, so this week we couldn't make the payment but we could next week. She began to get louder with me and told me she didn't care, that was not her problem. I then told her that I know that my disease was not her problem, but I was trying to explain why we were late. She then said if you are not paying it today then we will be there to get the truck. I told her that she had to do, what she had to do but there was no way I could make the payment today.

I went on to tell her that I did not appreciate her tone she was taking with me and that I am not even on this account and she stated that I was a "Fxxxxxxxing BXXxxx" and that she was done talking to me and to clean out the truck--and then she hung up on me.

After hanging up the phone, I felt personally attacked for an account that is technically not even mine, but they continue to harass my children and me at our home as well as my fiance. Now this woman is talking to me like a dog. I called back and asked to speak with a Supervisor. The lady told me that I would have to talk to his account representative and I told her that I would rather speak to her supervisor. She then said, "No you have to speak with his acct rep first." I said, "Even though she just called me a name and hung up on me?" The lady, says, "Please hold I will transfer you."

The lady who picked up was named Tonya. She was not as hateful but also was not willing to help. I explained the story to her and not one time did she apologize to me, and basically said they were not willing to help.

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my entire life. I have never been spoken to the way Rina spoke to me or treated so poorly. I can not believe this company is still in business. I am not done here, because it is against the law to treat consumers this way no matter what their score is. They are not helping people; all they do is charge higher interest rates to where you will never get your debt paid down and take advantage of people who are trying to rebuild their credit.

how do you think they got YOUR number? your friend gave it as his number. with your medical conditions, why isnt he handling his bills? its his bill anyways if you planned to do the MG, why didnt you still do it? must didnt have the money from the start all in all. when you dont do what you say your going to do, no one has trust. especially when you say your doing a payment, bounce the check and still dont pay. with the way the economy is these days, everyone has medical issues, bills, etc. i cant even come up with tuition this month for my daughter. so trust i understand, but you have the car riding payment free. what do you expect them to do? let everyone slide with paying their debt. if i gotta pay my bills, your boyfriend gotta pay his.

You say your name isn't on the loan? So why are you talking to them? They talk bad to you, just hang up the phone! Let your fiance deal with it.

Here's a thought. Pay your bills on time and you won't have to deal with people like this.
