Consumer Preferred LIES THIEVES wouldn't return My $ if I didn't send back their Catalogue Never got a catalogue Tampa Florida
I sent $49.00 and from looking at the letter I thought I was getting a credit card. I received a large envelope order forms and a gold plastic card that I could use to order their junk. It was not what I thought. So I called them that very day and told them I was not interested and I mailed everything I received back to them.
I did not receive my refund and I finally called them to find out why I had not gotten my $. They said I did not send back the catalogue so they were not refunding my money. I explained to them over and over I never received a catalogue just paperwork and a card. They claimed that thieir mailing said that they mailed me a package that was one pound and so many ounces and that non of their mail goes out without a catalogue.
I did not receive a cataloge. EVER. I would have mailed it along with the papers. I think this is how they get out of giving back peoples $.
