Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

It is really sad that during these hard times that companies like CPLS rips people off.  This CPLS had no problem taking my money and actually calling me for more and telling me if I didn't pay they would make sure my case was dropped.  I had a hearing and they told me I didn't have to attend I don't know if they even attended but days after that my sale date was moved and foreclosed on. Wow what help is that.

They wanted me to use them for the short sale and I had a real estate people look at it first and it was clearly a fraud transaction.

Please don't use them they are a fraud, trust only the non-profit people.

This sounds like they moved your trustee sale date according to your statement.  Your date and hearing happened.  They presented your case to the court and opposing counsel.  Your postponement was granted and you stayed in the property for another few months.  Then your real estate agent who is "expert" in real estate mitigation gave you advice.

Facts are 86% of short sale listings are foreclosed on that are listed by the so called "expert" real estate agents.  Those agents are mostly intermeddlers in your search to relieve your problem.  Unless and until they have closed more than 10 transactions you are clearly not getting clear information.  Although "all" will say they are experts and gladly offer advice.

A true real estate professional will be able to postpone and continue to mitigate a short sale and keep you in the property and have you smoothly exit that liability and avoid a foreclosure.  Since your real estate people were unable to work your case to avoid a foreclosure this is what happend.  You did not have to have a foreclosure.

As for the non profits they have had over 600,000 applicants for loan modifications and 2,000 were provided.  This is a poor track record.
