Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Business is business. Feelings are emotions. Businesses do not run on emotions, but consumers do. If the cunsumers are angry and frustrated, not trusting and vocal with their emotions and feelings, then business will no longer be business, it will be "out of business".

This is the long awaited future for CIC Credit. I work at one of the largest bank in the US and deal with such issues as fraud and scams during my 10 hour work day. This company is true to the saying... " If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, looks like a duck, then it is a duck"...

Any company that realizes that consumers are running in the opposite direction needs to start looking at it's practices and policies and addressing the issue directly. CIC credit has ignored all of our complaints, it has failed to address this issue of charging consumers accounts for looking at their "FREE" credit report.

"Free" must be CIC's definition of "charge them $79.95 and while you at it, make sure we get our processing expense covered as well, Charge another $5.00" If they are truly not doing this intentionally, why don't they clear state that previous customers have had problems with their billing or questions regarding their services?

Simply put...They took my money, my bank and employer will return it. It always turns out that the good ones suffer due to the actions of the bad ones. File complaints, type away and call all day, it's toll free. If we don't say anything, they will continue to keep the money of the silent ones.

I hope they come into this web-site, just like a CEO goes down to the offices of his company, and hear what WE the consumers, the ones that pay for all their fancy things, have to say about them.

There are more ethical ways of making money in this country, it's sad to know that the government isn't doing anything about companies like CIC, the ones that were drunk during business ethics 101.
