To the owner of Contour Body Wraps...I never received any items. Your company could not have contacted the credit card company. I did not pay with a credit card. Again not true. I paid $50 dollars to Tyler Mendenhall at [email protected] for seaweed clay and 6 wraps on May 14 2008. I would like to see the UPS documentation. Your company is not telling the truth. I want a refund to my pay pal account ASAP..Pay Pal account (((ROR redacted))) Show the ups reports!! You can't because there is none!! RIP OFF! We here at Contour Body Wraps take pride that we have an excellent customer service rating and have had that rating for over 10 years. The customer may have checked the USPS tracking system too eary - most post offices take a day to update. We ship most products via US Priority Mail within 3 to 5 business days, so the customer can expect their order within a week. If you problems occur recieving your order with USPS please contact your local post office. Many times a customer will forget to add their apartment number, causing a delay in delivery. In this case - we supplied the supporting documentation to the credit card company verifying that delivery was made. Once the credit card company received and reviewed and researched the documentation, they (the credit card company) found that the customer did in fact NOT have a legimate complaint because delivery was made within the time frame required by law. We feel that this report was unfair and unjust and seems likely that this person was unhappy for whatever reason, and chose this site to vent. Melissa Jacons General Manager Contour Body Wraps
