Contract Registry is a SCAM. They are trying to fradulently steal your personal information. They pretend to need a required update. They just opened on 8/1/15.

Subject: Immediate Action Required - Confirm Your SAM.gov Update From Yesterday
Dear SAM Registration Holder
My name is Frank. Our company has been assigned as your Case Manager and I wanted to check in to let you know that your SAM.gov profile has been obtained by our organization and your updates are in processing. Call immediately to validate your profile udpate: (727) 538-4113
It looks as if your profile may be missing PSC codes that are needed in order to bid or reconcile on future Federal projects. Contact a Federal Profile Manager to uncover the solution and how to optimize your organization's file to avoid any issues in regards to errors and omissions. Once again, contact a File Manager immediately at (727) 538-4113 to confirm your profile update.
As you may or may not be aware of, there are a few more migrations scheduled to take place this year which historically causes many issues for contractors who require their SAM.gov profile to be paid. The migrations do not happen automatically, and if monies are owed to you from a Federal job during these migrations, your company runs the risk of not receiving funds from the targeted agency.
Call immediately to validate your profile udpate: (727) 538-4113
Thank you,
Frank Collins

p.p.s Contract Registry is a private company and has no affiliation with SAM.gov or the Federal Government.
They are trying to SCAM Federal contractors into calling and stealing all their personal data.
The company claims to be in New york but on:
http://florida.intercreditreport.com/company/contract-registry-inc-p15000064659
They appear to be owned by Mary Evans of Largo FL
I'm sure Mary is trying to hide her real address just to keep the scammed business from being able to find her.
Their Website is poorly built at http://profilereviewboard.com/ and is clearly a SCAM
Below is the info on the website burried in terms and conditions.. Very nice how they hide it in fine print that it is an optional service until they SCAM you. This company is just sending out tons of emails trying to catch dumb contractors dont fall for it.

It is extremely unfair for any company to judge me or our business practices without so much as a conversation with me regarding our products and services. This poster is "anonymous", clearly has some axe to grind, and has resorted to hurling faceless, baseless acusations.
The reality is this. Contract Registry is in fact a new company. Our partners have a combined 50 years of Federal contract and contract marketing experience and in our short existence we currently have over 30 profiles under management. Unlike most of our "competitors", we'd be happy to provide referrals upon request.
To our knowledge, we are also the only company that accepts Escrow.com as a form of payment. They are Federally regulated, licensed, bonded, and insured. In addition, their Milestone Escrow program only transfers funds to our company AFTER the client has confirmed satisfactory receipt of their requested products or services. This hedges 100% against client loss as Escrow will immediately refund monies for products and services not rendered.
On top of all of that, the Milestone model only releases pieces of the client's payment as specific milestones are met. This way the client is protected in the event that a later part of specific job is not performed satisfactorily. This is by far the most iron clad and bullet proof client protection we've ever heard of.
If anyone reading this report disagrees, feel free to chime in please!!
Any questions about this report or to inquire about our services feel free to call me directly at (212) 419-1148 and I'd be happy to address any comments, concerns, or otherwise.
