converse lie to me and gave me bad service ripoff Internet
www.converse.com what a pain in the butt first they send you the wrong size and you have spent ($8 for shipping & handling) for them to send it to you
then they tell you, you can trade it in at local journeys or converses store, (so you drive to local journeys store ($2 in gas)) they say they can not trade in or refund your money
(so you drive to local converse store($6 in gas)) then they tell you that they are a separate entity and can not trade in or refund your money what bull S!!
They try to make you spend as much money as possibly till you say F!!! it and don't send it back, but I am not like that
(so you drive to local ups store($6 in gas)) now I have to send it back to these B! in Tennessee and the shipping & handling will cost $12.
SO you end up spending halve your day driving all over the city fighting traffic trying too refund your money or trade in your item and all because converse are a bunch of a!H! that dont know up from down and you have spent (not including heart ache) 8+2+6+6+12 a total of $34 on nothing what a!H! I will never buy a converse shoe again!
