I ordered a converter for my car from ConverterGeek.com. All efforts to install it failed. Contacted a mechanic friend who made some suggestions. Exhaust leaks and vibrations still plauged my car from the purchased converter. Sent the converter back withing the 30 day warranty.

Worked with Cindy to order a second converter. 27 days, 4 voicemails, and 1 email later no converter nor replies to my communications. Phoned again spoke with Cindy about a refund. She stated that the woman who does refunds was "out" that day. OK, no problem, was still willing to purchase a second converter form this company. Cindy started from the beginning about model and type of car, where the O2 sensors were located. I felt that my info should be on file by now and asked for a refund. I had lost all trust in this company and its rep CINDY. She hung up on me. I phoned again and spoke with Cindy. She was angry with me and stated that she would no longer deal with a person who was SO insensitive that I would not allow a person to mis a day of work due to illness. "The woman who did refunds". In the 1st call there was NO mention of illness. This was a misdirection on her part to cover her or the company's oversight on my converter order. No one at this company would return my calls or emails. In my opinion this company or the sales person is questionable. The part did NOT fit and there is NO concept of good Customer Service. Although, I did recieve a refund.
