cook auto of aberdeen Ripped off on buying car and lied to from day 1 for a week caught them and they still lied. aberdeen Maryland
Stop at dealer to look at car , young salesman came out knew nothing about a car and started lying about deal and used car. Went home they called next day went out to go over deal right tire was flat my wife asked him to check it was gone about 20 min.said he took care of it, took car home for weekend didnot move it had a nail in tire that when the BS started no deal made manager gave me price and i asked for my keys. Salesman called again with deal and i said i will think about it.
Called him back a couple days later and said is this a SEALED DEAL he said yes.Drove out to dealer real bad nightmares began, BS me changed price by thousands and didnot even tell me.Walking over to sign papers thought about deal said something he left me standing in lot for 10 min. came back and the BS came out. He went and got general manager he was full of lies also.Cut price some like a sucker i bought car.I bought car cause personal reason.
I looked up dealer on BBB they have a F rating because of complaints,look at complaints some were just like mine. How can a dealer have a 5 star rating with a F rating, somthing should be done before more people get ripped off this should not happen. Didnot see inspection paper. Contract was not gone over. Didnot go over car. left with little gas.

They lie and cheat you and you STILL BUY THE CAR!,,,How dumb is that? Then car shopping, consider taking a ten year old with you to get a better deal.
