I know this guy well because I ever worked for him as an employee for 7 months when I traved Hawaii in 2012. I don't think said case could be happend.
This guy is a very kind and honest man. My 6-year old daughter was with me during all those 7 months. He always acted as good as a godfather. Whyyou made this post to defame him I don't know. I know even his wife and his family members. Many times when I worked out I just had my dauguter stayed with him at his home.

Please take notice that the above mentioned individual has initiated an action in the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit, State of Hawaii; Civil No. 12-1-0798(2) (the Suit). In the Suit, the above mentioned individual seeks to subpoena XCentric Ventures LLC, operators of RipoffReport.com, for your contact and identifying information and any other postings that you have authored on the website RipoffReport.com, under the pseudonym "Jack of Bererly Hills" or any other pseudonym you may have used in conjunction with RipoffReport.com. Said subpoena was filed with the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit in the State of Hawaii on February 15, 2013 and will be filed in XCentric Ventures local jurisdiction of Maricopa County, Arizona.
The above mentioned individual seeks this information in connection with the Suit pending in the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit in the State of Hawaii: Cutler vs. Stark et al; Civil No. 12-1-0798(2) alleging libel, fraud, defamation, false light, and other counts.
