Cool ace air Unreliable, inconsiderate Phoenix Arizona
My recently widowed (1 week ago) father was promised a free ac unit cleaning by cool ace.
This 68 year old man made the appointment, and moved his dryer out of the laundry room to allow the tech room to access everything easier.
my father has waited for two days for this tech to show up. He has his clothes dryer in his living room, and friends and family from out of town whom are gathered to honor my Mother and support my father.
My dad only accepted their offer to clean the unit to be sure it would function well with out of state visitors here. After reading other complaints for this company, I've told my father he's probably better off they never showed up.
