Jim did us the same way as other people on here 4 sessions only used 2. We were told it first he did not use prong collars for training my first day there he basically just talked but he did put a prong collar on my five month old puppy it was not the kind he normally used because he was supposedly sold out our next session when we showed up he again had a different prong collar also supposedly not the type he normally uses supposedly he had put in a 2 day shipping order put in for a new order of colors a week later he still have not heard he had his colors in yet he swore to us he runs a professional company me and my wife both wish we would have read these and took them serious. There ARE good trainers in colorado springs and can not stress enough u should find one of them stay clear of jim. He is a liar, it is a scam, u will do more harm then good for your dog if u go here. I have since found a trainer that knows what he is doing and can back up his credentials jim can brag what he says he has done but never shows anything even his personal dogs stay put up because they would "rip you apart" you would think a dog trainers dog would be well enough trained to not do that without a command you would think a dog trainer would have a good dog that he could show how good of a trainer he is but instead jim has mindless killing machines from what he described of course we couldn't see them because they would have ripped us up from what we were told. Well thats our experience on wasteing 300 bucks be smart do your research go elsewhere
