Copper Electronics - Extremely inflated shipping charges Louiville KY
After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I will never, ever, do business with these rude a*s pricks again. Their manager hung up on me because I was irritated that they wanted to charge me $190 for overnight shipping on a 1lb, 1" x 36" antenna. My cost through UPS is $27. I begged them to use my account and was simply told no and hung up on. I called back and requested to speak to the owner who had a worse attitude then the manager.. she couldn't believe I was upset over this, and simply didn't care, as she's ready to close the business down... her words, not mine. Well, good riddance! And thank god for Amazon. Absolutely worthless and disrespectful people. What a shame! Stay clear!
