You say,'' literaly thousand birthday parties since 1995 voted number one in Nashville parents magazine'. Does it bother you at all that Disney and others made these trademark characters images? That you have more then likely have no legal right to COPY them. You can say they are copy cats but there but trademark laws have a different story about there rules. Then there is the issue of all your people, are they employees? If you use them all the time they probably are. It is my personal opinion that someone needs to take a hard look at your company.
I do not believe it is legal in my personal opinion, but I am not an attorney. How does Gigsalad allow people to get away with this stuff they have trademark all over that site. People need to send sites like your to tips@ disneyantipiracy.com so they can decide if you are legal,or not. They have attorneys to make this decision. If you are not we need to stop under ground economy and trademark infringement in our nation for it takes money from social services like CPS and foster care and state paid day cares. Kids are left in unsafe homes because of no CPS. Hope you answer so I can share the answers.
