Complaint Review: corbett contracting usa - franklin Ohio

 Jason Taulbee is now known as Jason Easton! He changes his whole familys last name! Now he can con people with a new name!! This guys a joke!

Wow, this is crazy. I recently had work done to my roof by Corbett contracting USA. All in all the work was great. They got me the roof as they said they tought they could. Missy was the young lady who did all the sales and guided us threw the process. Now they did have Mexicans on my roof. I'm not a fan of that but as long as the work was done right. When my final check came from the insurance company I was confused on it. Missy misspoke and I thought she said we got to keep $500 of it. She said they used a coupon so I wouldn't have to pay my full deductible of $500. Missy called her manager Jason. Jason came to my house and sat with my husband and I and listen to or problem. He apologized for all the confusion and we agreed and he agreed they would go ahead and split the difference. So we got $250 and the roof.

So I don't really have a complaint with the company even thou I wasn't clear on everything. At the end I got my roof and keep some money. So I'm happy. My roof is not leaking and it does look good. So as long as they keep giving a good product I will use them again.

Ok. I seen on here where some person was writing reviews about this company. I also saw the same persons reviews on this company on other sites. First of all it's pretty sad when you have so much time on your hands that you can sit down for hours to do this. Secondly this person keeps saying the same old thing on each site saying with another company they had an F with the bbb. This company has an a- when I looked it up. Another company with Corbbett in it's name but with mold did have an f, but, when I looked why it was for one complaint that didn't get resolved. That was it. Not several complaints. Every company has at least one complaint with the BBB. So who cares. Third, this reviewers argument was his prison time served. Everyone makes mistakes. It's a matter if u get caught or not in life. He seems to made good afterwards if he is running a successful business and only had one complaint with the BBB. This person seems like a coward that is scared to say who they are. So they hide behind the Internet. I hate and don't trust the review of a coward that doesn't say what their experience was or their name. Lastly, dude grow up and live your life and stop spending your precious life trying to ruin someone else's. Life's too short too worry about everyone else. Spend the time to better yourself and become successful and a productive member in this messed up world. I hope you and this company and any other company luck  ..

I had left a report just days before this was posted. It is Report: #821134. To warn as many people as possible, I posted reviews on other sites.  All sites contain exactly the same response as above. What is the likelihood that a former customer would review the company (unsolicited) with a positive comment on all those sites (many requiring signing up to comment).

The owner has had in the past posted his own reviews (posing as others) on sites like Angie's list and Service Magic.  This is obviously another post. Just google the company and check out the others.

As far as the "free" roof, he has gotten into trouble advertising that in the past.  Submitting a higher bid to the insurance company to to them allow the consumer to avoid the deductible is dishonest.  If he will lie to the insurance company, what is stopping him from lying to you....nothing!
