Core Skincare Rip off Internet
I went on-line and order the "free" skin cream. After I placed the order I seen that the order showed that I had ordered all 3 items face cream eye cream and moisturizer. I searched the web site for a number I culd call to correct the order but there were none. The next morning I recieved the actual order email and ther was a phone number. I called immediately and the connection was lousy at best and I had to keep asking to repeat what they wer saying. I told her I only wanted the face cream. She told me that she canceled the other two and I would only be charged $4.95.
I received the box today and all 3 items were in the box. I called the C/S again and this time I got all kinds of attitude from the rep. I told her that the order was changed and I was only supoose to be getting the face cream. She told me that they have a no return no refund and that they had the recording of me stating that I authorized buying the expensive eye cream which is over $35, I ask if they could play that recording but she no and then I asked to speak to a supervisor and she then repeated the no refund etc. I kept asking her to repeat herself repeatedly because of the lousy connection but all she kept say was the no return etc.
