Cornerstone Credit Services ripoff RUDE Unhelpful Derogative Anchorage Alaska
I called them a few months ago to see what my accounts were with them. One person in particular was very helpful. But her supervisor, the highest you can go up, was extremely rude to me.
I have moved several times, not knowing that I had delinquent accounts with them. So I requested that a copy of my file be mailed to me.
When the "Superviser" got on the phone with me, he was very pushy, and aggitated. All I wanted was a copy of my debt list so that I could straighten it out.
But, the "Superviser", said "if I am going to waste my time and mail this to you, then you will pay it all within two weeks of receiving.
When I got back on the phone with my rep, I ask who was his superviser, and she said he's as high as you can go.
So, because I want to get out of there system and take care of my debt, or someone elses, which by the way, 60% of the so called list of people that I owe is not even me!
I get treated like a criminal. So if you are in my shoes, BEWARE of RUDE Supervisers on a powertrip!
I will keep everyone updated as to what will happen next.
