I was contacted by corona IT staffing for a project in Chicago in Nov.2012. They set up an interview with PCC wellness center that was looking for a Temp Service to provide assistance. After an interview i got theproject, Corona staffing (temp service) made me sign a contract stating that they will pay me an a Net30.
I was in a desperate situation so i took the project, after 2 weeks of work i submitted my first invoice and they failed to pay me. Giving me a ton of excuses, after i told them that i can no longer work without being paid they finally paid that invoice. By the time I received my first payment I had already been on the project 1 month. After the initial month PCC decided to hire me full time now in Dec., at this point i had already submitted 2 invoices to Corona that had not been paid to me.
After 30 days from the day i submitted my last invoice i contacted Tony Santos to see why my payment had not been made, he stated the my money had been placed on hold but gave me no reason why. So i was told to contact the accounting dept. i emailed Richard Singleton and he just gave me the run around saying that a payment will be made and was never made. Now we are going into Feb. 2013 and i have yet to receive my last 2 invoices. This company owes me $2080.00 and i feel that this company preys on the desperate and scams them out of their hard earned money.
I want to be pay for my unpaid invoices totaling $2080.00 plus interest and mental and physical strain that this has caused me and my family. Totaling in 5000.00
