Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have been recieving phone solicitations from this company for several months. I finally gave them my address and asked them to send me thier info two weeks ago. The very next week I started getting solicitations from them again. I was polite and let them know I had ALREADY ordered ther information and asked them to stop calling me. On Dec. 15th I recieved three calls. I asked them each time to remove me from thier list. I also asked for their phone # and address. I was never given a physical address only a PO Box and an 800#. The funny thing was they never quite seemed to be the same #s even though they all claimed to be calling from Houston Texas.

On Dec. 16th I recieved 3 more calls. This time I was not polite and asked again for an address and phone#. Each time I tried to call the 800#'s they wouldn't go through. I let them know each time they were calling my private cell phone, that the # was on the national "Do Not Call List" and I didn't want ANY further calls from thier company. I also added that I would be contacting the States Attorney Generals Office concerning thier business practices. Needless to say that @7:40am this morning I was awakened by ANOTHER solicitor from Corporate Development Network.

I learned long ago that any time a company will not give you a legitimate physical address and phone # they are most likely unethical. So far Corporate Development Networks abuse of interstate telecommunications lines by violating my rights and wishes have again proven me right. I plan on filing a complaint with the FCC and States Attorney Generals Office. Maybe just maybe this boiler room operation will get the message.

Since my original post... no attempt to address my complaint whatsoever

One thing I noticed from "Dave's" response is the fact that he has made no attempt to address my complaint whatsoever. Well Dave, here is what has happened SINCE I wrote my first complaint. This past Mon. 12-20 I recieved another "first-time" solicitation from another salesperson. I explained that she was the "9th" person I had talked to and the "8th" person I had specifically asked to take me off your call list. At this point I was angry and let her know the degree of my displeasure with your company. About an hour later I recieved another phone call from someone claiming to be a supervisor who was asking if I was having an issue with my "order". I said, "No", my issue is I want Corporate Development to STOP calling me on my personal cell phone against my multiple specific requests to cease and desist from the unwanted solicitations which are in violation of both federal and state law. She appologized and said that she would see to it my name would be taken off the list. Well we made it till today. I had to work until 4am last night and then recieved another "first-time" solicitation before 8am this morning. I want to be VERY clear on this...I NEVER placed an order as you have tried to elude to. I merely requested information which I have NEVER recieved by email, fax, snail mail, or by any other means! NONE of the phone calls recieved from your company had anything to do with "follow-up" to see if I had recieved the information they were ALL "first-time" solicitations!!! The only exception was the inept "supervisor" who called me on Mon. and apparently isn't qualified enough to remove a name from a list. So Dave, if the only purpose of your response to my posting is to provide a forum for a commercial for your unethical and inept operation I will keep responding to your non-responses with the truth about your company and how it chooses to operate. If you want to be a man about this why don't you give me a legitimate "physical address" and not a PO Box as well as a legitimate phone # and not an 800# that doesn't work I will be happy to send you some legal papers so we can have a judge decide how the way you run your business fits within the parameters of Federal Law, State Law, and FCC guidelines regarding phone solicitations and how much money I am entitled to for enduring your companies relentless illegal harrassment. Dave I am done playing with you and your foolish little business. I gave you the chance to do the right thing and you have blown it. From now on it's hardball buddy. I am documenting EVERY phone call, every bogus phone number I am given by your company, every PO I am give when asking for a physical address, and every name of every salesperson and inept supervisior in your employ. You have no idea just how angry your non-response has made me. Please, for anyone else out there who has been harassed by Corporate Development Network the same way I have post a complaint so we can build an even stronger case against this unethical company.

we offer beneficial services to all of our customers and sometimes the customers don't take the time to review the material. we pride ourselves in getting out the material needed by fax or email within 24-48 hrs and we even give the cust a quality assurance call to make sure they have the members web address, user ID, and pin #. it is not up to us to make the cust read the material once they receive it, sometimes they throw it away as junk mail or delete it. the customers go through an automated verification that explains the terms and conditions of the program to a T and it asks the customers do they authorized all the fees of the program to be debited and it could be debited the day of of any day after. it is up to the cust to answer the questions, either authorizing the charges or denying the charges and the program. if we debit a cust within the trial period and they cancel within the trial period, we almost immediately get a refund out to them either by check through the mail or we reverse the charges. if the cust does not cxl within the trial period, it is assumed that they want to proceed with the program. after that time, they are enrolled into the program and we incurr charges, for this reason the processing fee is nonrefundable. with cdn the cust receives a 12 page website, personal assistance service, a preferred leasing plan through beckom thomas, discounts on long distance calls, discounts on dental, vision, etc.,. we also help the cust obtain or apply for government grants. we are here to help small businesses not to harm them. it is my opinion that these customers are experiencing buyers remorse and all thoug i do understand that, i think the best thing to do is utilize these services that are so beneficial to their company after all they were in agreeance with our company's terms and conditions.
