Future landlords beware.
Cory Daubenspeck and his dad Michael Daubenspeck have no respect for any neighboring residents primarily when they are intoxicated. They are also violent people when drunk. Unfortunately this occurs regularly.
They add residents to their unit without approval. So plan on the appropriate filing as I suspect unlawful detainer action has been an issue with these folks and will continue in the future
They will claim to have dropped off or mail the rent and it just does not get delivered.
All I can say is.... I wish I would have read about these folks on line prior to allowing them to live on my property.
This is the reason for this post.
They talk a good story so Landlord/property owners beware
