Cory Piontek Ripoff CORRUPT LAWYER Maribel Wisconsin
Cory Piontek is a corrupt Lawyer.
His parents, Suzanne and Douglas Piontek purchased collector gold coins 2 years ago. Mr. & Mrs. Piontek choose to pay for their purchase with their credit card.
They received, inspected and accepted their coins and the coins remain in their possession and control to this date.
Cory Piontek, Corrupt Lawyer, advised his parents to call their credit card company and dispute their purchase with my Company despite the fact that they received, inspected and accepted their purchase.
Since the credit card was not presented at the "point of sale" and it was an internet or phone order for gold, the bank reversed the charge and the Piontek's got their $27,538 back from this Company and never returned the Gold they received!!!
Cory Piontek is presently being sued by this Company for his cybersquatting, copyright and trademark infringment and other valid causes of action as he was instrumental in advising his parents Suzanne and Doug on a scheme to steal $27,538 from this Company.
To address his bogus problems for which he is being sued for (along with what he has to say on this site) tries to blurr the issue by making false and misleading statements about me and my Company on the internet.
Mr. Piontek has also made false and misleading statements about me and my Company to various Government organizations to facilitate inquires by them.
Mr. Piontek will also be held accountable for those wrongful acts.
In short, Cory Piontek, Corrupt Lawyer, is just the kind of Lawyer anyone and everyone should avoid!!!

My rebuttal doesn't really fall into any of the categories listed above, so I chose the closest one that represents my reasons for commenting. I am a family member of the person reported in this Report. My parents are also mentioned in this Report. My parents don't have the Internet, so I am taking the opportunity to speak up on this matter. First of all, my brother submitted a Rip-off Report re: Armand DeAngelis. The report I am rebutting was submitted as extra ammo by Mr. DeAngelis in a campaign to discredit his accusers. I would like to have this report removed from the site for a few reasons: 1.) My parents are needlessly named in this report. They were not direct parties in this court case, but rather the providers of evidence to the postal inspector. There is no reason for their privacy to be violated. 2.) Armand DeAngelis was formally charged (38 separate counts), along with his wife in April, 2004 ( see southflorida.bizjournals.com/southflorida/stories/2004/04/26/daily35.html is trial culminated with Mr. DeAngelis being found guilty on two counts in November, 2005. He is now serving a 97-month sentence in federal prison (UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA Case # 04-20261, RE: ARMAND ANTHONY DEANGELIS Judge Gold presiding). As a twice-convicted felon (previously convicted in New Jersey in a separate fraud case), it is my view that Mr. DeAngelis has lost any credibiilty in hurling any accusations of fraud or corruption. 3.) As a website that is a platform for the regular people like us who would normally have no voice against behemoths of fraud and deception, I feel it serves your interest to bolster that voice and legitimacy by stripping people like Armand DeAngelis of the same privilage. If he were still merely the accused, I would not propose such a thing, but now that he is a felon and now a prisoner of the federal system, I urgently request that you consider removing this Report. Thanks for this website, and the good that it does. If you would like me to provide additional court documentation, I can do so.
