Cosmofriend.com I paid for merchandise and never received it so I called and e- mailed w/ no response back! Los Angeles California
I placed an order online and got a confirmation that I was going to receive my merchandise in 6 to 10 days. I put the merchandise on my debit card and so it was withdrawn immediatley, I've purchased item here before so I didn't know this would happen. But sure enough 11 days passed nothing came, 12 days passed nothing came, 13 days and now I'm calling but Voice mail is full. Now I'm e- mailing them and no responses back. Finally 11 days past the date I should have got my stuff and the message on the voice mial says to contact the BBB for a complaint against this sit because theyhave not got their stuff either. VERY STRANGE! Now, I know I'll never see my stuff or get my money back and I'm very upset!
