In early October, I ordered 3 costumes from Costume Craze....one costume for me, 1 costume for my husband and 1 costume for my 16 month old.  Instead of Costume Craze charging my credit card after the costumes shipped (like most companies do), they charged my credit card IMMEDIATELY.  The next day, I received an email notification that the infant costume was out of stock.  I immediately asked for a refund.  I was promised by a customer service rep that a refund was being processed and would be issued immediately.  It's November 28 and I still haven't received a refund.  I have emailed and called them repeatedly and also mailed the owner of the company a letter.  Nothing has helped.  I still haven't received a refund for the item I didn't receive.  Also, when my husband received his costume, there was a huge hole in the side seam of the shirt.  The costumes were cheap and not worth what I paid for them.  I'm warning consumers DO NOT BUY FROM COSTUME CRAZE.  They are fradulent and will rip you off.  They have poor costumer service, charge you for items you never receive, refuse to give refunds and have cheap and poor quality costumes.  I have filed complaints with the BBB of Utah and also with PayPal so hopefully I will receive a refund in the future but I'm not counting on it.  Let my story be a lesson and do not buy from them!  Buy from BuyCostumes.com instead.....they have excellent costumer service and quality made costumes.
