On July, 7 2010, I placed an order through this company for an advertised tutu set and hair bow. I paid for the item in full on my mastercard through google checkout. The outfit was to be used for my daughter's birthday invitations. On August 18, after 6 weeks I sent an email stating when I could expect my items. Lauren Bergmann responded to my email stating they had been out of the office due to a death in the family and that I should recieve my items ASAP.



On August 28,I sent another email asking for my order and recieved an email back from Ms. Bergmann stating they have been out of the office due to a death and if I want to change the size of the clothing I could.



I sent a 3rd email stating I needed my order asap for my daughter's birthday invitations and it had been more than 8 weeks since my order was placed. Mrs. Bergann replied again asking me what size I had ordered, when I told her the size again even though I had stated it in my first initial order she once again replied my items would be shipped as soon as possible.I sent a few more emails demanded to know a shipping date and on September 8, I recieved an email from Ms. Bergmann stating my items would be shipped the following Wednesday.



On September 21, I send another email stating I never recieved the items that were suppose to be mailed. I asked Ms. Bergann to send me a tracking number and she replied with an email stating there was no tracking number. I decided to be patient and wait about 3 weeks from when she stated she had mailed the package. On October 4, I found a contact phone number through the BBB for Ms. Bergmann. I left a voicemail stating my items had not been recieved and that I wanted a full refund. Ms. Bergmann texted me back (she did not call verbally) and told me she would refund me my money. I then sent her an email to confirm she would be refunding me and asked when I would recieve my money back. Ms. bergmann responded in a week she would mail me my money.



It is now October 27, 2010 and I still have not recieved my money back. I reported this company to the BBB and still have not seen my refund! This company continues to state that I will get my refund ASAP, but still I recieve nothing!



 My daughter ended up not being able to take pictures for her birthday invitation in the outfit I hoped for till the last minute. We are entering November and my items were purchased beginning of July. What a waste of my money and time!

Well Luckily, I filed the report with the BBB and disputed the charge on my credit card and was fully refunded by my CREDIT CARD COMPANY!  NOT LAURENN BERGMANN! Just happy to put this horrible woman and her lies behind me! I recommend people to always contact the BBB and and save yourself the hassle and get the refund from your credit card company. I also wrote the producer of the Good Morning Dallas Show Laurenn Bergmann was featured on, and Rori Harrington the Dallas freelance writer who wrote an article raving about Laurenn Bergmann! I felt they needed to know my story since they promoted her!

You need to call your credit card company and DISPUTE this charge IMMEDIATELY!

Time is running out on you.  Some credit card companies will process a disputed charge up to 60 days after the charge, but most will afford you a 120 day window.

Waste no time with some unknown person here - CALL THE TOLL FREE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF YOUR CREDIT CARD NOW.  When you speak to the CC rep explain that you have received NOTHING and want the charge completely reversed (chargeback) for lack of performance.

Hopefully, it's not too late and you'll get your money back.

Dear Amy,

I live in McKinney, Texas and this story really upset me for two reasons: first I dislike not getting what you pay for in a timely fashion. 2) The story involves a child with a birthday......

                                                                                                                                                                                                                             I'd be more than happy to check into the individual and thier business though legal

channels right here where she works/lives/ & messes up kids b~day parties. Leave an update to the story, My name is Donnie and it would be my " Texan Duty" to find out anything that might help you in some way.

      It is none of my business but I just got burned for $3595.00 and I wish I had someone there to help me. I'll be writing my story very soon like you did.

BBB & City/State Tax statements also business liscense to operate out of your home. This city is strict even about garage sales~they'll fine you if you break a rule and there's a list to follow so I bet they are doing a lot more evil than your story. My pleasure to set the heat up under thier backsides. To Ripoff: I'm new & if this is not allowed, please let me know and I'll fix it. I do promise to do nothing illeagle, just want to check some places that Amy can't because she's 1000 miles away.
