My parents have dealt with the same as you and many others who have reports listed on this site. My father is out of work now and medically can't. Without money up front though no one will help us. I want a class action suit!! You are not alone. We hoped that by putting our story on NBC Augusta would have helped but it did nothing. Any advise you can give would be appreciatted!! My reports are from hephzibah, Georgia. I wish there was an attorney here willing to help us. keep fighting back.and best of luck!! Anyone who can offer advise please email me.

Just a tip for all of you having issues with country wide. Today I called Corp. Headquarters what a difference. They actually cared they were friendly, polite, and effective. They resolved my issues. Funny thing was the same department that previously so rude and could have cared less about my problem suddenly became extremely caring and helpful in resolving my issue after they were contacted by corp. headquarters. So I guess my advise would be if you are getting nowhere with customer service in resolving your issue call the corp. headquarters they will take care of your problem. The number can be found at the bottom of the page on the website under contact us. Its just to bad it takes corp. Headquarters to call to get these employee's to do their job. Oh one more thing when you call the number you have to enter an extention and it doesnt give you any options just enter 0 and you will get a person. Good Luck to all of you in resolving your issues with them.
