County Imports - Country Motorsports RIP OFF Company Internet
County Imports is a horrible company with absolutely no customer service. They were more than happy to take our money and send us the wrong Quad. We purchased the quad in May the gas tank was leaking a few weeks after we put it together called them and was told we would be sent a new one. Waited 4 weeks and no response. Now it is Sept. We have never recieved the Title from them the gas tank has a huge crack in it and they have removed all of their contact numbers from their website. No one will reply to our emails. DO NOT Buy from this company. The prices look good but you will be sorry if you do.

Countyimports.com is now powered by Buggy World of Santee. We have been running the website since 09/2009. Since our company has been running the website we have made many changes to our operation and staffing. We have a full time staff to assist all customers with Sales, Customer Service, Parts and Warranty. We strive to meet all of our customer needs and to obtain customer satisfaction within our terms and policies. Our company, Buggy World, has worked hard in lower customer complaints and we feel that we have done a great job in doing just that. Since 09/2009 the overall complaints for the company Buggy Word/Countyimports.com have lowered down to only about 0.5% of the total customers we service in a total year.
